Refunds and Returns Policy
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 15 days to our warehouse. so please keep all packaging for the 15 days return period. Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, you can email us at [email protected] and receive a Return Number (XXX#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number and reason for the return request.

About Refund:
1.Dead on arrival
Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Express.

2.Incorrect item
If the products delivered to you is completed different with the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, We will send you the correct product or full refund(if you don’t want we resent the correct item to you, we will full refund to you ).
